Ethnic newspapers

  • The Center for Research Libraries holds a large number of ethnic newspapers. The CRL catalog allows you to search and browse ethnic newspapers. Many of these titles are held in area libraries and microfilm can be requested through Interlibrary Loan.

Trade publications

Chicago has been home to many trade publications from many industries. A search on su:chicago kw:trade in Worldcat while limiting to a format of Newspapers will provide 24 records of trade newspapers. A search in Worldcat on su:chicago kw:trade while limiting to journal/magazine will provide 240 results.
